Born in Nara Prefecture. Joined Kaban Kobo Yamamoto in 2000. Engaged in making randoseru in the XX group, and since 2008, involved in various bag-making in the leather products group. Numerous exhibition and award histories.

We will travel by car from Kashihara Shrine to the main workshop.
10:00 Arrive at the main workshop
While you enjoy your tea, we will explain about Yamamoto Bag Workshop and prepare for today's work.
10:15 Start of work

12:30 Lunch break

In the afternoon, you will be pasting the interior lining and also trying your hand at edge painting, one of the more difficult steps in making a school bag.

On the second day, we will meet at Kashihara-Jingu-mae Station and then move to the main workshop.

While you enjoy your tea, we will explain about Yamamoto Bag Workshop and prepare for today's work.

On the second day, we will start with a visit to the randoseru workshop. You will have the opportunity to see up close how the craftsmen make randoseru. Please feel free to ask any questions!

午後はWe will sew the front part of the body of the backpack.

On the third day, we will start with the assembly sewing. This involves sewing the back of the backpack to the body part that holds the items. We will sew each stitch with strength using a thick needle.
