This bag is crafted using a wet-forming technique that harnesses the unique properties of nume leather. By wetting the leather and allowing it to dry, the material takes on a specific shape, a process that takes significantly longer than conventional production methods.
While this technique is typically used for making leather shoes, which makes it challenging to apply to bags, we drew inspiration from the production methods of Japanese drums to achieve a new bag with a beautifully sharp appearance and a distinctive curve that sewing alone cannot achieve, presenting a look that has never been seen before.
