We use the latest CAD/CAM machine, which cuts parts swiftly and accurately using an air-pressure cutter. Operating the shape of parts on a computer, we match the projected frames of parts onto the marked leather pieces, guiding the cutter. Green turns to red as parts are completed, accompanied by the rhythmic tap of hole punching.
While the machine is large, the knives used are relatively small, around 2cm. While this cutting machine has certainly streamlined our operations, for the delicate part of the leather like edges, only skilled hands will do. It's a symphony of technology and craftsmanship.
