Can more than 2 items be deliver separately to different locations?
We're sorry all items in a single order must be sent to a single address, but if you want to send items to multiple locations, you can do so by ordering them separately.

We will accept the request for editing or canceling is made before we ship it from Japan. We cannot accept those requests after the product has shipped from our warehouse based on our refund policy.

What are the length of the shoulder straps?
The shoulder strap length is adjustable from 53 cm to 74 cm. People can use this up to a height of around 170 cm. If you need more length, please contact us.
