Exchange and return
We accept exchanges and returns if the product is not what you ordered or is faulty.
In this case, please contact us in advance and within 8 days of receipt of the goods.
However, returns cannot be accepted if the product has been used or if the product has been damaged or scratched by the customer.
Please note that we will not be able to accept requests for exchanges or returns after the deadline has passed.
If your return request is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for the customer's own reasons or without prior notification.
Refund
Once we have received and inspected the returned goods, we will let you know whether a refund is authorised.
If authorised, you will automatically be refunded according to the original payment method.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process your refund.
