We are Yamamoto Bag Factory & Shop, specializing in randoseru, bags, and leather accessories.
Located in Nara, Japan, our factory reflects the rich history and culture of this city, often referred to as the birthplace of Japan. Nara is renowned for its traditional sites and stunning natural landscapes, attracting visitors from around the world.
We take pride in overseeing every step of our production process, from blocking and cutting to sewing and finishing to make randoseru. While many manufacturers outsource certain stages, we remain committed to crafting exceptional bags and leather goods ourselves. Our ultimate goal is to bring a smile to your face through the quality and craftsmanship of our products.
Brand History


The school bag was navy blue, my eldest son's favorite color, which was unusual at the time when black and red were more popular.
As a creator and as a parent, I poured all of my skills and passion into this project.
As a result, a school backpack filled with love surpassing that of a parent was completed. This backpack became the prototype for the current New Antique.
長男のランドセルに続き、次男と長女のランドセルも作りました。20年以上経ってもその形は崩れず、大切な思い出は深まるばかりです。

また、これを機に工房を一般公開し、ランドセル作りへのこだわりをより深く知っていただけるようになりました。

Kaguyama Bag aims to convey the benefits of natural materials such as leather and canvas, utilizing the rich experience and skills cultivated in the making of randoseru (Japanese school backpacks). Through repeated trial and error in fabric selection, we create meticulously crafted products.
Kaguyama is one of the Yamato Three Mountains, said to have descended from the heavens, and is also known as Amanokaguyama.

"I want my family to eat them every day."
This is the goal of Fujiwara Kyonaen in producing tomatoes that you can think of in this way.

香久山鞄を運営する鞄工房山本が創業以来培ってきた技術と経験を通じて優れた天然素材である革・帆布の良さ、すばらしさを伝えるために、鞄に使用する素材にもこだわりを持ち、例えば帆布製品ではこれまでになかった「どこでも手に入る帆布」ではなく他にないユニークな発想で帆布を開発しています。
