Delivery

Shipments within Japan will be sent via Yamato Transport.

For international shipments, we will use EMS.
If EMS cannot deliver to your region, we will consult with you separately to arrange an alternative delivery method.

For items that are in stock, we will ship within 5 business days after confirming your order. For pre-ordered items, we will ship them within 5 business days after the products arrive.

Shipping and delivery services may be affected by various conditions such as weather, pandemics, natural disasters, and regional situations.

Tariffs and VAT

Tariffs and VAT are determined by the customs authorities of the country or region

where the goods are purchased and are based on the country of manufacture and the type of goods.

The amount you pay at the time of purchase does not include local customs duties and VAT,

which may be levied at the discretion of the local customs office.
