Randoseru Factory Tour

Have you ever seen the real craftsmanship behind the products you use?

At Yamamoto Bag Workshop, we don’t just talk about respecting craftsmanship — we invite you to witness every part of our production process firsthand.
See with your own eyes where, how, and by whom each item is carefully crafted.

During the tour, you’ll get up close to the delicate techniques used in leatherwork and experience the passion our artisans put into every finish.
After the tour, you’ll also have the unique opportunity to join a leathercraft workshop, where you can create your own piece.
This hands-on experience allows you to truly understand the charm of our products — not just by observing, but by making.

We welcome you to spend a day at our workshop in Kashihara, Nara, where you can feel the heart of craftsmanship and the beauty of handmade work.

Please note: Participation in the leathercraft workshop requires a separate reservation.
